GratisJSP Terms & ConditionsGratisJSP reserve the right to revise these terms at any time, at our sole discretion, by updating this page. The changed terms will take effect when they are published. By continuing to use the Service you accept the modified terms. Therefor it is important for all who use GratisJSP services to frequently read this page and look for changes. GratisJSP has the right to terminate any account, at any time, and at its sole discretion. Violating any of our rules may lead to terminating your account without any notice. As a user of GratisJSP services you can only establish and maintain one account, and that account must be registered to a unique e-mail address. GratisJSP reserves the right to terminate any or all duplicate accounts resulting in the potential loss of data contained in such accounts. GratisJSP reserves the right to terminate any account containing untruthful information. GratisJSP will never send any spam mail of any kind. Unsolicited mail, bulk mail, spamming or junk mail of any kind and/or in any way is prohibited. If we receive compliants about, discover attempts or discover fulfilled unsolicited mail, bulk mail, spamming or junk mailing your account will be removed. Each user of GratisJSP services is responsible for keeping the account information secret. GratisJSP will not be liable for losses that are incurred through the use of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your account information. Each user of GratisJSP services agree not to use, or attempt to use, any part of GratisJSP or the presentations for other purposes including but not limited to, tampering, hacking, spoofing, using robots or scripts, copying, distributing, modifying or otherwise corrupting the administration, security or proper function of any part of GratisJSP or the presentations. Each user of GratisJSP services also agrees not to make any attempt to earn or redeem earnings in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement, including without limitation attempting to earn earnings through other than legitimate channels as described on the GratisJSP website(s), participating in purchasing or redemption fraud, or tampering with any GratisJSP links. GratisJSP reserves the right to terminate any account violating this Agreement. Each user of GratisJSP services agree not to tamper with the proper functioning and tracking of the Service. Emulating or "faking" usage, will lead to termination of your account and may lead to legal action. GratisJSP is not resposible for any loss of data. GratisJSP is not responsible for any inconvenience, damage or loss of any kind caused by disturbance in communication equipment, computer or any other equipment or system. GratisJSP is not responsible for theft of any data or information. As a user of GratisJSP services you are solely responsible for any material you upload to this service. No illegal, biased or offensive materials are allowed. Offensive material includes but is not limited to pornography and hate materials. You are not allowed to have more than one Gratis account. If you create more accounts, they will all be removed. You must login to your Gratis account each 20 day to keep it "alive". If your account has been locked you can contact us to see if it can be opened again. When accessing a database you must use a connection pool. See the example.zip. Using a connection pool will improve performance of your application and save system resources. To protect GratisJSP customers applications the security configuration puts all applications under certain limitations. |
